Let's Get Started!

YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, WE HAVE ANSWERS

When do I pay?

You will be given a total estimate based on how many pieces your pattern has. Which will need to be paid to start the process. The price will include shipping.

How do I ship you my pattern?

In the provided packing, which will be supplied to you. Includes shipping labels.

Why should I grade my patterns?

Most patterns are created by the human hand, and with that comes not-so-perfect lines. Not only is grading for sizing but it's also to true your pattern to exact measurements, our machines are exact to 1/64th, which is not humanly possible. Sorry humans

How long does the process take?

The normal lead time is around 7-business days total, after receiving your pattern.

How do I choose the best TYPE OF GRADING?

Type A and B will depend on the type of sizes you want, if you're doing double sizes like S-M-L then it will be type A. If you're doing single sizes like 28-29, then it will be Type B. If you have custom grading requirements then it's Type C for you.

What if my grading is off?

Grading is precise pattern work, and we attempt to be as exact as humanly possible. However, we are human, and human & machine mistakes can occur. If this occurs, and sufficient proof is given, 100% reimbursement for losses will be awarded.
